It's super important to note that although I do aim to be as active as possible each month, I have no set schedule, no set-in-stone plans, and no pre-planned deadlines! I feel that the way I naturally operate is more than enough, and it's important to me that I go with the highs and lows of real life. Cutting out these expectations allows me to be free with what we do.

Aside from the things you’ll receive, you can expect from me what I expect from you! here's what I expect:

🌟 Kindness and Understanding for me — I’m doing my best to offer a fun and wholesome experience so please be realistic in what you expect from me. I make my choices based on the entirety of the group, not the minority or a single person!

🌟 Kindness and Understanding for other members — Be kind to your fellow strawbabies! Any infighting will result in one or all people being banned from the club. I have zero tolerance for hostility, bullying, or unnecessary negativity. I’m not about the “good vibes only” mess, but I expect issues to be handled privately and respectfully. (Guys I'm serious, I've already banned two please don't do this 😭)

🌟 Proper communication — If something is wrong, please kindly reach out to me! Of course, I will always do my best and make my best judgment, and I'll do my best to consider your input for the future too, but please be nice and considerate when reaching out. If you have an issue with another member, I will gladly communicate with both of you to decide on a solution!

🌟 Have fun! This club is a passion project, not a business deal. It involves lots of shop things of course, but more than anything I just want a safe space to have fun!! I’m constantly thinking of ways to improve so things change frequently, but you are at the heart of all of my decisions related to the club. I hope you will feel as special as you are here! 🤗
