Refund policy
We do not accept returns on any items, handmade or otherwise, unless by the fault of the business (wrong item sent). Every product description is complete with any notable conditions. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read the descriptions for information about the product(s).
Though rare, mistakes do happen while orders are completed. If you received the wrong item, please contact us through email (kai@strawbabyshoppe.com) with the following information:
1. An image of the product you've received
2. Your receipt of the order (showing the product you actually bought)
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Handmade items are never perfect, but some flaws are bigger than others. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged directly out of the package. If we recognize the issue as being ours, we will make it right as soon as possible. However, we do not cover damage occurring in transit. We cannot take the blame for the mail system being rough on packages, but we try to prevent issues from occurring at all by using extra secure packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards under any circumstances.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Mailing Returns
If an order is returned due to an error in the mailing address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs. Should the order not be claimed for reshipment within the specified timeframe, or if a reshipment plan is not arranged promptly, the order will be marked as returned. In this case, any remaining balance after deducting shipping and restocking fees will be refunded to the buyer. Please note that this will close the order, and the item may no longer be available for future purchase.
Restocking fees may be up to 20% of the item's total cost, excluding shipping.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds as items are largely handmade. However, we do offer alternative solutions. Please contact us if you have a concern or would like to discuss an alternative solution.
