Shoppe Policies

Shipping & Processing

Shipping days are every Monday, or the next available day if that Monday is a holiday. Weather may delay shipments. Custom orders have longer processing times.

Shipping price is calculated using weight and location by USPS and Shopify at checkout. I do not set these prices. Signature confirmation and/or package insurance available upon request.

Your package is no longer my responsibility once it has been dropped off. I cannot be held responsible for anything that happens to your package once it's shipped including damage to package or items and lost mail. Please contact USPS directly if there is an issue. You will not be refunded for damages outside of my control unless you purchased additional insurance.

Refunds & Returns

Strawbaby Shoppe does not provide returns unless there was an error on our end (i.e. a wrong product is sent). This is up to the discretion of the Shoppe. I do not take responsibility for errors made on a customers behalf.

I do not refund orders "placed by mistake", nor do I cancel orders over buyers remorse. The number of steps you have to go through to order tells me that any orders placed are likely done with intention. If you buy from my shoppe, be sure that you are certain in your choice. Small businesses are not here to hold money for you, and we aren't responsible for how you feel about your own choices afterwards.

Attempting to go around shop policies will be documented and could result in legal action. Please respect small businesses!~

Cancellations & Changes

Strawbaby Shoppe does not allow cancellations unless stated on an items individual listing.

Your order begins processing soon after the order is placed, so if you need to make a request or change, please email us asap!~


Each item is handmade or produced in small batches for Strawbaby Shoppe by professional manufacterers and other small shops.

As much as I try to offer the highest quality of items, there may still be small imperfections. If you find an issue, please contact us to remedy the situation!~

Any major flaws in an item will be listed in the description. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check this prior to purchasing. I am not responsible for a customer being unaware of a clearly stated flaw.


Please keep out of reach of children as I tend to use small pieces that could pose a risk.

At times I may sell mental health related items. However, these are not meant to advise, diagnose, treat, or cure any ailment you may have or meant to replace professional help. By purchasing, you understand that these items are for art purposes only.
