Shipping & Processing

🎀 Ready to ship items usually ship within 3 to 5 days after purchase. Custom and made to order items usually ship within 1 to 4 weeks.

🎀 Signature confirmation and/or package insurance available upon request.

🎀 Once your package has been dropped off, it’s in the hands of the courier. I’m unable to take responsibility for issues during shipping, like lost mail or damage to the package or items.

If you run into any problems, I can help you contact the shipping courier or you can do so directly. Unfortunately, I can’t offer refunds for damages that occur outside of my control unless you’ve purchased additional insurance (available upon request).

Refunds & Returns

🌸 Returns are only provided if we made an error on our end, like sending the wrong product, and these situations are handled at our discretion.

🌸 While we strive for accuracy, we’re unable to take responsibility for any mistakes made during the ordering process on the customer’s side.

🌸 Please double-check your order details before placing it, as we don’t offer refunds for orders placed by mistake or cancellations due to buyer’s remorse.

The steps in our ordering process are designed to help ensure your choices are intentional, so please be sure you’re certain before making your purchase.

🌸 Small businesses like ours depend on your thoughtful choices, so we kindly ask that you respect our policies. Any attempts to bypass our policies will be documented and could result in further action, though we hope it never comes to that!

🌸 If your order is returned due to an incorrect mailing address, the reshipment costs will be your responsibility. If the order isn’t claimed within the specified timeframe or a reshipment plan isn’t arranged promptly, it will be marked as returned. In such cases, we’ll refund any remaining balance after shipping and restocking fees are deducted. Please note that restocking fees can be up to 20% of the item’s total cost, excluding shipping. Once an order is closed, the item may no longer be available for future purchase.

Cancellations & Changes

🌸 Strawbaby Shoppe does not allow cancellations unless stated on an items individual listing. All orders are final unless specified on a listing. Please shop thoughtfully!~

🌸 Please contact us asap if you have a necessary change, such as with an address or customization option. Not all changes can be accepted beyond a certain point, but please reach out so we can help!

🌸 Each item is handmade in shoppe or produced in small batches for Strawbaby Shoppe by professional manufacturers and other small shops.

🌸 As much as I try to offer the highest quality of items, there may still be small imperfections. If you find an issue, please contact us to remedy the situation!~

🌸 I always do my best to note any significant flaws in the item’s description. Before you make your purchase, please take a moment to review this info to ensure you're fully informed. I’m here to help you make the best choice, but if a noted flaw gets missed, I can’t take responsibility for it.
