By purchasing from Strawbaby Shoppe, you are agreeing to the following policies: 

Shipping

🌸 Ready-to-ship items typically take 3 to 4 business days to process. Custom orders may take 2 to 5 weeks to process. Pre-order items vary in time, but you can check the listing for more accurate information!~

🌸 Priority shipping means that your package will arrive faster once shipped. It does not change the processing time before shipment. 

It's only my partner and I packaging your orders, but we work every day to get your goodies to you in a safe and timely manner. If there are any concerns, please contact us and we will help!

Returns

🌸 Due to the handmade nature of most items, Strawbaby Shoppe does not offer returns. However, if there are any issues, please do reach out! We would love to help~   

Cancellation & Refunds

🌸 Strawbaby Shoppe does not process refunds unless the error falls on us. We prefer to make it right with a replacement or exchange, so please contact us if this is something you need.

🌸 The process: Each case is looked at individually. If we agree to the exchange or replacement, we will contact you via email to arrange the new item(s).

🌸 We do not accept replacements or exchanges unless the error happens before shipping. Once the item is shipped, any damage, loss, or theft is out of our hands. However, we may still be able to fix it by talking with the shipping company! Contact us to help you with this process.

Preorders

🌸 Pre-order items are purchased with the knowledge that there is a waiting period. Due to the nature of these, Strawbaby Shoppe cannot allow refunds beyond the day of purchase as by that point it is already in our manufacturer's system and cannot be canceled.

🌸 Pre-order listings must be confirmed by you in writing before you place the order so that we have proof that it is not a mistake or fraudulent order. Any proof we have will be used in the case of a chargeback.

🌸 Chargebacks hurt small businesses and result in lots of fees and penalties. Please talk to us if there is an issue, we are more than happy to help without such drastic measures!
