Shipping is getting a glow-up! 🩷✨
Large & Customs Orders (Over $100)
Since most are custom, I want to take extra care with your special items. Starting January 2026, all large or custom orders will ship at a discounted rate that includes tracking and insurance. I’ll choose the shipping method, and in the rare event it’s needed, handle any claims on your behalf. With recent changes to the U.S. mailing system, I want to make sure your order arrives safely once it leaves my hands!
Standard Orders (Under $100)
Shipping already includes insurance--yay! I’ve also added flat rate options for orders that may qualify for a lower rate, so I can help save you money where possible.
Shipping Locations
Due to tariffs and sudden shipping restrictions happening in the U.S., I unfortunately cannot ship outside of the U.S. until tariffs and political circumstances get sorted.
Hopefully we can continue business as usual soon! Until then, I hope you'll support the shoppe online and look forward to cute things in the future!~ ♡‧₊˚

My order hasn't shipped yet.
Orders are shipped as soon as they're processed. Typically, this takes 3-5 business days for ready to ship items, and 1-4 weeks for custom items. Holidays, bad weather, or other external circumstances may cause delays.
My order is shipped, but I didn't get tracking.
Tracking is sent automatically along with your order fulfillment update email. Be sure to check your spam folder as well!
My tracking hasn't updated.
Don't worry, I'm watching your order, too! After about 7 business days of an order not being updated, I'll contact USPS and open a missing mail case (if necessary) on your behalf. Sometimes a package isn't checked in right away, and sometimes it's shipped but will show up in or near your city without an initial scan. Either way, I'll do my best to help find it!
Just a quick note — once your order has tracking, it’s already on its way! I only print labels when packages are ready to ship, so updates will start appearing soon after. From that point, it’s in the hands of USPS (or another carrier), so I can’t control delays or lost mail. If you’d like extra peace of mind, feel free to reach out about shipping insurance ♡

Shoppe Policies
Shipping & Processing
Shipping days are every Monday, or the next available day if that Monday is a holiday. Weather may delay shipments. Custom orders have longer processing times.
Shipping price is calculated using weight and location by USPS and Shopify at checkout. I do not set these prices. Signature confirmation and/or package insurance available upon request.
Your package is no longer my responsibility once it has been dropped off. I cannot be held responsible for anything that happens to your package once it's shipped including damage to package or items and lost mail. Please contact USPS directly if there is an issue. You will not be refunded for damages outside of my control unless you purchased additional insurance.
Refunds & Returns
Strawbaby Shoppe does not provide returns unless there was an error on our end (i.e. a wrong product is sent). This is up to the discretion of the Shoppe. I do not take responsibility for errors made on a customers behalf.
I do not refund orders "placed by mistake", nor do I cancel orders over buyers remorse. The number of steps you have to go through to order tells me that any orders placed are likely done with intention. If you buy from my shoppe, be sure that you are certain in your choice. Small businesses are not here to hold money for you, and we aren't responsible for how you feel about your own choices afterwards.
Attempting to go around shop policies will be documented and could result in legal action. Please respect small businesses!~
Cancellations & Changes
Strawbaby Shoppe does not allow cancellations unless stated on an items individual listing.
Your order begins processing soon after the order is placed, so if you need to make a request or change, please email us asap!~
Quality
Each item is handmade or produced in small batches for Strawbaby Shoppe by professional manufacterers and other small shops.
As much as I try to offer the highest quality of items, there may still be small imperfections. If you find an issue, please contact us to remedy the situation!~
Any major flaws in an item will be listed in the description. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check this prior to purchasing. I am not responsible for a customer being unaware of a clearly stated flaw.

Please keep out of reach of children as I tend to use small pieces that could pose a risk.
